OCTOBER 31, 2005

The City Council of the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama, met in Committee of the Whole work session on Monday, October 31, 2005, at 4:00 p.m., with Mayor Duke presiding.  The meeting was held at Gulf Shores City Hall.

The following members were present:  Councilmen Garris, Doughty, Harris, Craft, and Mayor Duke.  Councilman Jones was absent.
