CITY OF GULF SHORES, ALABAMA

OCTOBER 17, 2005

The City Council of the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama, met in Committee of the Whole work session on October 17, 2005, at 4:00 p.m., with Mayor Duke presiding.  The meeting was held at Gulf Shores City Hall.

The following members were present:  Councilmen Garris, Doughty, Harris, Craft, Jones and Mayor Duke.

The meeting was called to order.  The Council discussed:

1.              Assistance to Firefighters Grant

2.              Target Store elevations review and pedestrian walkways

3.              Site Plan for Park Terrace Condominiums

4.              FEMA Funding of Beach Restoration

5.              Traffic Study of County Road 8 and Highway 59
